Every pet parent wants to keep their furry baby looking its best. But, when it comes to pet baths, not everyone wants to share their bathroom with their best bud. Keeping your pets clean shouldn't be a hassle. Just head on over to our community Paw Spa and take advantage of our state-of-the-art pet-washing station.
If you need to head out of town and can't take your pet along, or if you just want someone to take your best pal on a daily walk while you’re at work, we can recommend some great local pet sitters, and our concierge team will be happy to work with you to make sure they can access your apartment!

We are more than happy to accommodate residents with cats and/or dogs. If you have questions about other types of house pets, please give our leasing office a call.
Are there limitations on size or weight?
There are no size or weight restrictions for pets at SkyHouse Raleigh. However, for the comfort and safety of our residents, only non-aggressive canine breeds are allowed in our community.
Are there any fees associated with my pet?
Yes. SkyHouse residents with pets are required to submit a $400/pet non-refundable fee prior to moving in. Your monthly rent will also include a $35 add-on for each pet.
How many pets can live in my apartment?
Please limit occupancy to no more than two pets.
